Ann, a retired educator, has been a Georgia licensed real estate broker since 2006. Her passion for assisting clients in obtaining housing specifically geared towards their stage in the family life cycle, as well as their wants and needs sets her apart.
Ann is the co-owner and broker of Choice One Realty Group, LLC. an Atlanta based real estate firm specializing in buyer agency. She is a New Homes Specialist who has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR) and Senior’s Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designations. Adding to her credentials, Ann is also a Georgia State Certified Housing Counselor.
Ann earned a Master of Science Degree from the University of Georgia in Family and Consumer Sciences specializing in Housing, Home Management and Consumer Economics. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education from Hampton University.

Ken has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. His knowledge of the home construction industry was formulated at an early age as he assisted his father in home construction and renovations throughout the Atlanta area. This knowledge has proven invaluable when assisting clients during the building process, starting with site selection through the final walk through. His personal conviction to treat people fairly and to provide the best representation for his clients sets him apart.
Throughout his professional career Ken has served as a teacher, advisor and mentor. His goal is to educate his clients believing that an educated consumer will make the best possible decisions regarding their housing needs. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of West Georgia. He was a member of the 1982 National Football Championship team and was inducted into the UWG Athletic Hall of Fame. Ken uses that competitive nature to plan negotiation strategies to ensure his clients get the best possible outcome.
